Cassandra Crum born in Lagrange, GA is the one of 6 siblings. As a little girl, she always had a passion for learning. As a result of her love for teaching and for children, Cassandra felt it was her God-given mission to help others. She became an Educator. Mrs. Crum is the CEO and Dream Builder of Victorious Kidz Christian Academy, an extended day school providing quality childcare for families living in Douglasville, with a special emphasis on those residents who lived in the underserved Northwest Metro area of the City. By God's grace Cassandra Crum, along with her Husband Bishop Artis Crum founded Douglasville Community Outreach, Inc, where they were instrumental in starting the first ever "Back to School Festival on the Northside of Douglasville. Cassandra is also an intricate member of the New Horizon Initiative that is overseeing new development on the Northside of Douglasville. She is the first recipient of the "Trailblazer Award" awarded by Fit for the Future organization in 2015, for her contributions to the community.
In partnership with her husband and following the leading of God, they established Light & Salvation Outreach Church Inc in 1996, newly named New Light Church Ministry. As a Pastor, Cassandra has been instrumental as a co-worker with God to save His people. She has been on mission trips that have led her to Haiti and Africa. She is the loving mother of three; a doctor, a dancer, and a chef.
Cassandra says her favorite scripture is 1 John 4:4 which says, "Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world."
